A nice little night post tournament weekend. Timing was good, carry was OK, corner pin spares, not so much.

327 to 50 - Beard reduction
There comes a time in the late winter were reducing the beard is a must. That day was today and hopefully the spring weather doesn't make me regret it!
Also today was another workout for shoulders, back, and hips. We are about ready to take a serious jump in weight.
